Tina DiMarino has been in ambulatory surgery for 21 years. She began her career as a circulating nurse and co-founded Custom Surgical Consultants in 2003. Tina has been serving as the administrator for Mid-Atlantic Surgery Pavilion for the last 16 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University, Summa Cum Laude followed by her Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus in Leadership in Administration. Tina DiMarino earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from George Washington University with a focus in Executive Leadership.

Tina DiMarino is a certified operating room nurse (CNOR) and a certified surgery center administrator (CASC). She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Ambulatory Surgery Association and serves on the ASCA Committee for Quality Improvement. She has published in various publications and speaks nationally at conferences. She has vast knowledge and experience in ASC development, accreditation, and compliances and consults throughout Maryland and across the country. Tina provides new nurse managers and executives one-on-one mentoring.

Tina is a current member of AORN, AONL, ACHE, ASOA, and ASCA.
