Professional History
Founded CSC, LLC. in 2003. Mike has managed and developed ambulatory surgery centers since 1987. He has many years of experience designing, equipping, and staffing ambulatory surgery centers. He is proficient with all Medicare and accreditation standards. He was instrumental in developing CSC’s user-friendly policy and procedure manual. Mike serves as administration for several area ASCs. He has created great relationships with vendors and knows how to accomplish what is needed for less.
Mike also has experience developing and accrediting office based surgery suites nationwide.

Professional History
She co-founded CSC in 2003 and has worked in ambulatory surgery since 2000. She has been the Administrator for Mid-Atlantic Surgery Pavilion for 11 years. Tina writes policies to meet and exceed the everchanging accreditation standards. She works in all aspects of development and design for both ASCs and office based suites. She is a certified operating room nurse (CNOR) and certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC). Tina has published in the AORN Journal. She has presented in conferences and has received many hours of additional training in Infection Control. Tina serves on committees for ASCA and ASOA. She also serves as a board member for Maryland Ambulatory Surgery Association.
Tina earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing for Leadership in Administration.
